The Ritmo BASIC 315 butt-fusion welder is available for short and long-term hire from Polyweld Machinery (long-term hire rates available). This 230V electric-hydraulic machine has an operational capability for Ø 90-315mm pipe. Polyweld’s BASIC 315 has a trolley-mounted machine body, with the other components mounted on a separate wheel-base, maximising the manoeuvrability of the machine to, from and on-site. Italian-made quality means reliability and high performance, every time.
Polyweld Machinery’s BASIC 315 is supplied on a purpose-built steel transport frame, allowing forklift access from either side and either end to maximise ease-of-use when loading/unloading the machine.
The Ritmo BASIC 315 butt-fusion is able to weld fittings such as elbows, tees, Y-branches and flange necks without any additional equipment, simply by fixing the clamp drag bar. The welder features:
- A machine body with 4 clamps and 2 hydraulic cylinders with fast non-drip couplings
- An extractable heating plate with DIGITAL DRAGON (a high-precision electronic thermoregulator)
- An extractable milling cutter, with safety micro-switch
