Why are only some of your products displayed with prices, and why are only some available for purchase online?

Most commonly, it is the conditions of our agreements with manufacturers and suppliers that dictate whether we are able to offer particular product ranges online. If the product you are interested in is not available to purchase online, you can always submit a quote request instead, and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible. 

In some other cases, the complexity of particular products, or the degree of customisation available, mean that we would need to ascertain more information about your intended application in order to make appropriate recommendations and provide adequate guidance. We believe this is the best (in fact, the only) way to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
