Hire Ritmo DELTA 315B butt-fusion welder (90-315mm)

The Ritmo DELTA 315B butt-fusion welder is available for short and long-term hire from Polyweld Machinery (long-term hire rates available). This 230V / 4500W electric-hydraulic machine has an operational capability for 90-315mm OD pipe. Polyweld’s DELTA 315B has a custom-built trolley for the machine body, and wheel-base for the other components, maximising maneuverability and ease of transportation. The Ritmo DELTA 315B butt-fusion welder is able to weld fittings like elbows, tees, Y-branches and flanges necks. It features:

• A machine body able to assume two working position: inclined or horizontal. The rotation of the machine body INCLINED/HORIZONTAL is very fast, by adjusting only 4 screws on the machine frame it is possible to choose the best configuration for the working conditions
• Fast-locking-adapters system SMARTLocK (RITMO PATENTED)
• Detach device of the heating plate from the pipes/fittings
• Two rollers can be lodged very quickly on the sides of the machine body
• Heating plate with and a high-precision electronic thermoregulator “Digital Dragon” (±1°C)
• A milling cutter equipped with a safety micro-switch to prevent from accidental starts, a thermal circuit breaker to protect the engine
• An electro-hydraulic gearcase protected from crashes and atmospheric corrosion by a plastic box. The machine is preset for the connection of the data-logging THE INSPECTOR
• A milling cutter/ heating plate support which comes with a high- temperature-proof bag, which also protect the heating element from being scratched
