REMEDY 500 V1 FA for a FULLY AUTOMATIC CNC welding where the system manages the opening of the machine, the extraction of the heating plate and the subsequent closing according to International Standards ISO 21307 Low Pressure; GIS/PL2-3:2015; WIS 4-32-08 I4; DVS 2207 -1:2015; DVS 2207- 11: 2017.

REMEDY 500 V1 FA is robust and reliable. With its 17 kW engine, you are ready for the toughest challenges; with a full tank of diesel, you have an autonomy of 13 hours and you can overcome gradients of up to 30%. With the Remedy 500, you can weld HDPE and PP pipes Ø 200 ÷ 500 mm, 6" ÷ 20" IPS, 6" ÷ 18" DIPS.

REMEDY 500 V1 FA is innovation. From the patents on the assisted opening system for the clamps, milling cutter and heating plate to eliminate any effort, to the lifting bucket system (accessory on request) that stabilizes and aligns the welder to the pipeline. The loading winch (accessory on request) pulls the pipe onto the hydraulic roller stand for better management of the time in setting up the welder.

The wireless control allows the operator to always move the tracked welding machine safely and guarantees better management during the positioning.

A few simple steps and the welding unit can be detached from the trolley to operate in-ditch. If necessary, the welder can become even more compact with the release of the 4th clamp. Dedicated cables and extensions up to 7 meters (on request) allow you to continue to remotely manage the welding cycle.

Easy access to periodic maintenance compartments. Cleaning the air filter, checking fuses, radiator cleaning and routine checks are quick and easy to perform.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and lightweight, the Remedy 500 V1 FA can be easily transported with a simple trolley.
