About the brand: Ritmo S.p.A.
Polyweld Machinery and Ritmo
Polyweld Machinery began distributing Ritmo poly pipe welding machinery soon after our commencement in 2003. Beginning with the smaller diameter butt fusion and electrofusion welders from the Ritmo range, we helped to establish the Ritmo brand in Western Australia, and grew our stock holding as Ritmo's build quality (and Polyweld's after sales service) became more well known within the industry. Over time we extended the range to stock up to 800mm welders, and were the first company in Australia to import and supply a 1200mm Ritmo butt fusion welder.
Polyweld Machinery partners with Ritmo welders because we believe that the vastness of Western Australia, the remoteness of many of the work sites, and the harsh Australian environment place high demands upon plastic welding equipment, and in these circumstances you need rugged, Italian-made quality machines that you can rely on to perform time and time again under these conditions.
Ritmo: Over 35 years of innovation
Renzo Bortoli first began designing and manufacturing plastic pipe welding machinery in 1979. Evoking the traditional Italian passion for craftsmanship and premium quality, Ritmo has built a reputation over the last three decades of a world leader in innovation within the thermoplastic welding industry. Ritmo products include a number of patents and unique concepts that have helped maintain their market leading position in the face of growing global competition.
The Ritmo range includes butt fusion welders from 40mm to 1600mm, electrofusion welders and socket welders for the welding of plastic pipe systems. Ritmo have also expanded into pipe fitting fabrication machines, plastic sheet fitting machines, pipe and sheet band workshop band saws and an extensive range of specialty tooling for professional plastic welding results.
Polyweld Machinery stock a comprehensive range of Ritmo plastic welders for hdpe poly butt fusion, electrofusion, socket welding and a wide array of Ritmo pipe tooling and accessories. Our service centre also stocks a range of spare parts and is staffed by qualified electrical repair specialists with extensive knowledge of Ritmo machinery.
